About The Company

Open Joint Stock Company Mining and Metallurgical Company Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - MMC Norilsk Nickel or the Company) and its subsidiaries (hereinafter - the Group) is the world's leading producer of nickel and palladium, and one of the largest global producers of platinum and copper. In addition to this, the Group also produces a variety of by-products, such as cobalt, rhodium, silver, gold, iridium, ruthenium, selenium, tellurium and sulfur.

The Group is involved in prospecting, exploration, extraction, refining and metallurgical processing of minerals, and production, marketing and sale of base and precious metals.

The key production units of the Group in Russia arethe Polar Division and OJSC Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company (hereinafter - Kola MMC). MMC Norilsk Nickel International assets include nickel operations and projects in Finland, Australia, Botswana and South Africa.
